Performance Packaging was founded in 2014 with the goal of providing a superior customer experience in the packaging supply industry. Serving businesses in the Houston area, we prioritize honesty and integrity in all of our interactions. As a family-owned and operated business, we have fostered a culture of service and respect that extends to both our customers and suppliers. This foundation has allowed us to grow into a highly customer-focused team that is committed to delivering results for our clients.

Our team has more than 50 years of combined experience in retail operations & logistics, corrugated manufacturing, purchasing & procurement, e-commerce and fulfillment. This operational experience enables us to deeply understand our customers’ needs and tailor our solutions to improve their businesses.

Facility & Technology

Our 30,000-square-foot facility in Stafford, TX includes our offices and warehouse. We utilize the NetSuite ERP system to manage operations and all of our technology is cloud-based, which gives us the flexibility to run our business from anywhere if needed. Additionally, we deliver 99% of orders using our own trucks that are driven by company employees. This infrastructure ensures that we can provide consistent and measurable results.
